A must visit for womanist (find out what this word means at Ethno-Grrl website).  This site was created by my professor, Karen Taborn, who teaches "Race and Sex in America" at the New School for Social Research.

Women Action focuses on issues concerning women and the media.  It's mission is to empower women from all over the world.

is committed to awareness, activism, education and empowerment of and for women.  It is a resourceful site.

Slaying the Dragon Lady by Shah, Sonia - Sonia Shah discusses Asian American feminism and take a deep look at social and political aspects of Asian American feminism.  The link takes you to an article about the book.

Voices From the Gaps - focuses on women writers of color.  This site provides a wonderfully comprehensive listing which includes great writers such as Maya Angelou, Octavia Butler, Audre Lorde, bell hooks, Maxine Hong Kingston, Fae Myenne Ng, Joy Kogawa, Gloria Anzaldua, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, and more.
